The assessment uses a self-administered 12-item questionnaire to evaluate user satisfaction with assistive technology devices. A 44-page manual describes the assessment's development, distinct features, materials, administration, scoring and interpretation of results, psychometric properties, and validation studies. Questionnaires are available in either English or French, and come in a packet of 10 questionnaires with a rating scale in large print plus item cards.
