Picture of PRO SERIES 17 --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 06/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. ---The Pro Series 17 is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. It features a color autofocus camera, an adjustable flat panel monitor, an XY table with ball bearing movement and automatic lock, and illumination from light emitting diodes (LED). The Pro Series 17 magnifies images between 2 and 65 times their original size. Its maximum resolution is 1680 x 1050. At the bottom of the screen, there are large buttons that control zoom, viewing mode and brightness. Viewing modes include color, black and white, reverse image, and high contrast. The screen is height adjustable. The XY tray opens upward to reveal a storage compartment. POWER: Uses 100-240 volt AC; 50-60 hertz. DIMENSIONS (WxD): 19 x 18 inches. The maximum height when extended is 25 inches. Monitor is 17 inches diagonal. The transportation carton measures (HxLxW) 17 x 22 x 21 inches. WEIGHT: 25 pounds.
