Picture of BPI REHAB SUPPORT SYSTEM (MODELS GBP105, GBP205, GBP305 & GBP405) The BPI (Brachial Plexus Injury) Rehab Support System is a hemiplegic shoulder subluxation support and kyphosis orthosis designed for use by children and adults of short stature who have postural, scapular, shoulder, elbow, and forearm misalignments due to neonatal brachial plexus injury or other conditions. This support system is a tanktop-style garment that extends over the torso, and it has a pelvic anchor to prevent it from riding up. One or more postural alignment straps that attach with Velcro adjust its fit. SIZES: Infant, preschool, pediatric and petite adult.
