TCL 200 ALARM CLOCK
The TCL 200 Digital Alarm Clock is a flashing, voice output digital alarm clock with a vibrating signal and amplified alarm, and it is a visual and vibrating telephone signal indicator. It is designed for use by people who are blind, deaf, hard of hearing or have low vision. This clock has an illuminated digital clock face which a bright flashing LED light on the top that is activated when the alarm sounds. It can announce the time in five languages (English, Spanish, French, German or Italian). The volume of the audible alarm adjusts up to 90 decibels (dB), and there are three alarm settings (loud signal, vibration or both). The clock’s alarm can also be set to activate daily, on weekdays only or on weekends only. The clock includes a cordless vibrating pad with an on/off switch that will vibrate when the alarm sounds if the clock is set for vibration. The clock’s connection to the vibrating pad is wireless with a range of 300 feet so it can be placed under a mattress or pillow. The clock can be connected to a telephone, and its alarm signal options (visual, audible and tactile) can all be used as a telephone signal indicator and as a ring amplifier. The user can select from five ringtone patterns. Other features include as snooze button with a delay of 0, 5 or 15 minutes; adjustable tone control; battery backup for alarm in case of power outage; the vibrating pad functions for 80 hours on a single charge in the standby mode. POWER: Uses a standard 100-240 volt, 50/60 hertz plug and AC adapter (included) with a backup of two AAA 500 mAh Ni-MH batteries (included); the vibrating pad has a rechargeable battery that charges from a charging cable (included).
