The Volume Control Adapter (no. 1480) is a computer auditory output amplification accessory that enables the user to control the volume level of computer auditory output when working in a noisy environment or whenever the monitor sound must be adjusted. COMPATIBILITY: The Volume Control Adapter connects between any Apple computer and any monitor which has an 1/8-inch audio input jack.
