Picture of VISIO (MODELS 19 AND 19+) The Visio, models 19 and 19+, is a video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This unit features a full-color 19-inch TFT (thin film transistor) flat-panel monitor. Model 19 has a control panel with 4 buttons at the bottom of the screen; auto-focus; and the following viewing modes: full-color, inverse, and 7 artificial color combinations. Model 19+ has a control panel with 6 buttons; auto-focus that can be disengaged; and full-color and inverse viewing modes along with 14 artificial color combinations. The unit magnifies images between 3 and 45 times their original size. Items to be viewed are placed on the Visio's reading X/Y platform that can be moved laterally and vertically. Other features include automatic contrast, adjustable brightness, and text enhancing. POWER: 100-240 volt AC, 50-60 Hertz power plug. DIMENSIONS (WxDxH): 15.3 x 19.6 x 22 inches (model 19); 16.7 x 23.6 x 19.6 inches (model 19+). WEIGHT: 23.8 pounds (19); 25.4 pounds (19+).
