Picture of EMPOWER, THE The Empower Walk In Bathtub is an accessible bathtub designed for use by individuals with balance or lower extremity disabilities or arthritis. This walk-in tub is the length of a standard bathtub, with a side door and a contoured bath seat. After entering the tub and sitting on the seat, the user turns a handle to seal the door and open the taps. After the tub is filled, the user presses a button to be gently lowered into the water. After bathing, the user presses the button again to be raised to a seated position, ready for standing again. This tub comes with a faucet in cross-headed, lever, or contemporary style, and it is available with a left- or right-hand door. oPTIONS: Bathtub hand grips; hydrotherapy spa system; shower option. COLOR: The tub is available in a range of colors, with chrome or gold finish taps.
