------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Increase grasp on writing implement. Five drawings of adaptations for pens and pencils including a foam curler slipped over the writing implement and secured with tape; a pen or pencil pushed through a practice golf ball to create a larger grasping surface; corrugated rubber tubing slipped over implement to increase friction; a rectangular block with angled opening for pen or pencil; and a suggestion for using a regular large diameter pen (1-2 inches). Notes: Double sided tape would be useful to hold the foam curler to the implement.
