These cloth wipes cleanse, moisturize, and protect the skin of individuals at risk for incontinence-related skin injury. They contain non-irritating surfactants, emollients, and humectants that are absorbed quickly into the skin without rinsing. Ingredients include dimethicone, glycerin, panthenol, and allantoin.
