The All Star Cushion, models SC3030 and SC3031, is a foam seat cushion designed for use by active wheelchair users who require mild to moderate lateral stability and mild to moderate pelvic and leg support. The cushion is made with layers of high resiliency polyurethane and visco foam. An internal anti-thrust shelf and lateral wedges create pelvic stability which discourages sacral sitting and relieves pressure from the ischial areas. The cushion comes standard with exterior and interior incontinent resistant covers. Model SC3031 includes a drop base to secure the cushion to chair and adjust seat to floor height. DIMENSIONS (WXD): 16 x 16 inches; 16 x 18 inches; 17 x 17 inches; 18 x 16 inches; and 18 x 18 inches. Custom sizes are available.
