Picture of CARPAL TUNNEL STRETCH The Carpal Tunnel Stretch is a hand exerciser designed for use by individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome or to aid in the prevention of carpal tunnel syndrome. Available for the right or left hand, this lightweight device stretches the tight soft tissue of the carpal tunnel. The user places his/her hand in the device and presses down for three to five seconds to stretch. The process should be repeated several times each day.
