1. AIRLITE MONOLITHIC PROSTHESIS (MODELS AB1, AB2, & AB3)

   The Airlite Monolithic Prosthesis is an endoskeletal below-knee prosthesis designed for use by individuals with lower extremity amputation. This endoskeletal prosthesis is made from a braided carbon fiber material that produces a plastic stronger than steel when combined with resin during the fabrication process. The prosthesis includes a carbon composite ankle block with a fixed ankle (model AB1) or an alignable ankle (models AB2 and AB3). The model AB2 alignable ankle incorporates the same laminating procedure, while allowing for plus or minus 10 degrees of dorsi or plantar flexion by using alignment wedges. The model AB3 alignable ankle allows for dorsi and plantar flexion, inversion and eversion, as well as toe in and toe out. The prosthesis is available as a Starter Kit or components can be purchased separately. Each starter kit includes one ankle block (AB1, AB2, or AB3), one tooling rod, two 30-inch pieces of 5-inch carbon sleeve, one 12-inch piece of 2-inch carbon sleeve, and one 36-inch piece of 3-inch nyglass. WEIGHT: 1.5 to 2 pounds. CAPACITY: Low activity level, 250 pounds; moderate activity level, 220 pounds; and high activity level, 185 pounds.

2. DELTA 30MM LIGHT CARBON PYLON & DELTA 30MM HEAVY CARBON PYLON

   The Delta 30mm Light Carbon Pylon and Delta 30mm Heavy Carbon Pylon are below-knee prothesis components designed for use by individuals with lower extremity amputation. These carbon pylons are used with the Pyramid Plus transtibial system. DIMENSIONS: Diameter is 30 millimeters and the length is 12, 24, or 36 inches. CAPACITY: The capacity of the light carbon pylon is 195 pounds with low activity or 155 pounds with moderate activity. The capacity of the heavy carbon pylon is 250 pounds with low activity, 225 with moderate activity, or 200 pounds with high activity.

3. PYRAMID PERFECT SYSTEM

   The Pyramid Perfect System is an endoskeletal pylon and ankle designed for use by individuals with lower extremity amputation. The system is machined from solid titanium billet with non-corrosive fasteners, and allows the use of a larger diameter clamping screw to prevent stripping or breaking. Components include a tube clamp with fixed carbon or aluminum pylon, a demountable tube clamp, and a Sach foot adapter. OPTIONS: Components can be purchased separately. 4. PYRAMID PLUS TRANSTIBIAL SYSTEM (MODELS PPS1, PPBK2, & PPBK3)

   The Pyramid Plus Transtibial System is an endoskeletal pylon and ankle designed for use by individuals with lower extremity amputation. With this system, adjustments for slide, rotation, and angulation can be done externally and independently of each other, allowing them to be made without removal of the prosthesis. The system can be used for both thermoplastic and laminated socket applications. Model PPS1 features a demountable clamp coupler with a heavy 12-inch carbon pylon and a carbon composite fixed ankle. Model PPBK2 is the same as PPS1 except for an 8-inch carbon pylon. Model PPBK3 has a coupler with a bonded 12-inch heavy pylon and carbon composite fixed ankle. OPTIONS: Available with standard European four hole configuration for knee connections. 5. S.A.F.E. FOOT I and S.A.F.E. FOOT II

   The S.A.F.E. Foot I and S.A.F.E. Foot II are prosthetic feet for adults and children with a flexible urethane foam keel and lightweight outer foam body. They feature hard rock Eastern maple bolt block, large attachment screw, a plantar fascia band, long plantar ligament band and plantar straps to allow the foot to simulate dorsiflexion, plantar flexion, inversion, eversion, and transverse rotation about the long axis of the leg. SIZES: S.A.F.E. I (without toes) is 22 through 30 centimeters (cm) with a 3/4-inch heel. The S.A.F.E. II (with toes) is available in three sizes: 24 cm through 30 cm with 3/4-inch heel; 18 through 27 cm with a 3/8-inch heel (narrower foot); and 24 through 28 cm with 1/4-inch heel (sports foot). Children's S.A.F.E. II measures 14 through 17 cm with a 1/4-inch heel.

6. SYME FOOT, S.A.F.E. I, S.A.F.E. SYME II

   The Syme Foot, S.A.F.E. I, and S.A.F.E. Syme II are prosthetic feet made of flexible urethane foam keel and lightweight outer foam. Features of these prostheses include a plantar fascia band, long plantar ligament band and plantar straps that allow the foot to simulate dorsiflexion, plantar flexion inversion, eversion, and transverse rotation about the long axis of the leg. The units also have a hollow socket, heavy duty aluminum socket plate and socket plate retainer band. The S.A.F.E. I does not have toes, the S.A.F.E Syme II does have toes. SIZES: 22 through 24 x=1 inches and 25 through 30 x-1 inches. All have 3/4-inch heel height.

7. UNIVERSAL OFFSET PYRAMID ADAPTER (MODELS UOPA-F & UOPA-M)

   The Universal Offset Pyramid Adapter is a foot adapter designed for use by individuals with lower extremity amputation. These titanium alloy adapters have a low profile and a standard Euro four-hole bolt pattern, with a female (model UOPA-F) or male (model UOPA-M) socket configuration. CAPACITY: Low activity level, 250 pounds; moderate activity level, 220 pounds; and high activity level, 185 pounds.
