The Clothespin Color Wheel is a do it yourself busy bag designed to help low vision and learning disabled special needs children learning how to match colors.
Step One: Gather materials.
- wooden clothespins
- permanent markers (assorted colors)
- medium or large resealable bag
Step Two: Cut a piece of cardboard into a circle.
Step Three: With the black permanent marker, section the cardboard. It may be easiest to use a ruler for this.
Step Four: Add a splash of color to each section with a permanent marker.
Step Five: Color the ends of the wooden clothespins in the same colors used on the color wheel.
Step Six: Add the pieces into a resealable bag.
Step Seven: The child can match the clothespins up to the corresponding colors.
